Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026. JNP Booking Concierge is operated by Jim Nevill Productions to collect photography and video production requests and support production planning.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting an intake form requests a service; it does not reserve a date, confirm availability, or establish a final price. JNP reviews scope, timing, location, equipment, lighting, weather, travel, and production capacity before confirming arrangements. A pending calendar entry is a request marker, not a confirmed shoot.

Estimates and project agreements

Displayed prices and running totals are starting estimates based on selected services and disclosed assumptions. Final scope and charges require JNP review. Commercial projects are priced after their scope is determined. Licensing, payment, editing, and other project-specific terms are presented in the applicable intake and subsequent project agreement. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

Information and appropriate use

Provide accurate contact, property, and project information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the site for spam, abusive submissions, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. Keep private returning-client links confidential.

Planning tools

Address search, maps, shadow displays, and calendar notices assist planning and may contain errors or omissions. Confirm the property location and discuss essential light, access, and timing requirements with JNP. Availability notices do not guarantee that a requested shoot can be accommodated.
