Base pricing includes one trip to a Sonoma County location, up to 2,000 sq. ft. $50 is added for each additional 1,000 sq. ft. Follow-up visits, luxury homes (over $2.5M list price), or large acreage properties that are more involved are billed individually. Submissions will be AB 723 compliant.

A full shoot covers the complete project. A partial shoot captures selected features now, with the rest planned for later. For example, we can photograph the gardens while they’re in bloom, then return for the full property shoot closer to the listing date.

Media use license

All media remains the copyrighted property of Jim Nevill Productions. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to market the referenced property for sale. The license ends at closing, withdrawal, expiration of the listing agreement, or twelve months—whichever occurs first.

1. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP: All photographs, drone imagery, video footage, edited films, and other media remain the exclusive copyrighted property of Jim Nevill Productions. No ownership rights are transferred. Jim Nevill Productions retains the right to use, publish, display, edit, promote, distribute, and license the media.

2. LICENSE GRANTED: Licensee receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to market the referenced property for sale, including MLS, property and brokerage websites, real estate portals, brochures, digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and property-related presentations. Jim Nevill Productions may update branding, logos, contact information, and closing graphics to reflect Licensee's marketing of the property.

3. LICENSE TERM: The license expires upon the earliest of close of escrow, withdrawal of the property from the market, expiration or termination of the listing or marketing agreement, or twelve (12) months from the effective date.

4. RESTRICTIONS: Licensee may not use the media for another property; reuse it for a future listing; sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide it to future owners or third parties; alter or edit it except through Jim Nevill Productions; remove copyright information; or use it for AI training or machine learning.

5. THIRD-PARTY USE: Use by another business, property owner, architect, builder, designer, publication, contractor, or other third party for its own purposes requires a separate written license from Jim Nevill Productions. The licensee may submit media for editorial or award consideration within its licensed project use; publication and reuse by that third party require JNP's permission.

6. INDEMNIFICATION: Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Jim Nevill Productions harmless from claims arising from Licensee's unauthorized or unlawful use or distribution of the media.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. CREDIT: Whenever reasonable and customary, credit shall read: Photography / Media © Jim Nevill Productions.
