Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026. This policy explains how Jim Nevill Productions uses information through JNP Booking Concierge at booking.jimnevillproductions.com.
Booking and contact information
We collect the information you enter and submit, including your name, email, phone number, company or brokerage, property address and location, requested services, dates, production requirements, notes, and agreement responses. We use it to review your request, estimate scope and cost, plan production, communicate with you, and maintain business records. Submissions are stored in the booking system, and a PDF containing your answers is emailed to the JNP booking inbox.
The site also saves a returning-client profile containing reusable contact information. A private return link can retrieve that profile; keep this link private. Contact us to request a correction or removal.
Google account and Calendar data
The Google Calendar connection is authorized by the JNP administrator. Clients do not need to connect their Google calendars. We access the administrator’s verified Google email address to identify the authorized account and Calendar events to check requested dates and synchronize production requests.
The app reads event information, including titles and start and end dates or times, to identify unavailable days and possible scheduling conflicts. Public visitors receive availability notices, not existing event titles, descriptions, or attendee details. The app creates and updates request events with the client’s name, property address, request reference, requested timing, selected services, and production timing notes. These details are shared with Google and people who have access to the business calendar according to its sharing settings. This connection does not access the separate iCloud calendar or send client calendar invitations.
OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Access tokens are used to communicate with Google. Calendar data is used for the booking and scheduling features described here, not advertising, sale, or training generalized AI models. JNP Booking Concierge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and embedded tools
Service providers process information needed to operate the site: Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure support the site and stored records; Resend delivers request emails and PDF attachments; Google provides address search, maps, the authorized Calendar connection, and private Drive storage of intake PDFs attached to calendar entries. The National Weather Service receives property coordinates and requested date and time to return a forecast. The embedded ShadeMap tool receives the property location and planning date and time used to display shadows. Loading these external tools can disclose browser and network information to their providers, whose own privacy policies also apply.
Authentication and security features use cookies or similar session mechanisms. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification and browser signals to help prevent automated submissions.
Storage, retention, and your choices
We retain booking records and contact profiles while needed to manage requests, client relationships, and related business obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing booking@jimnevill.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records necessary for existing work or legal obligations. Copies held in email and Google Calendar are separate records and should be included in your request.
The administrator can revoke Google access in Google Account connections and request deletion of stored authorization data. Revoking access stops future authorized Calendar access; it does not itself delete existing booking records or calendar events.
